At Silver Lining Embroidery, we’re committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and timely shipping. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

As all of our products are custom-made, please allow 10-14 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may vary slightly.

Large custom orders', processing times are between 2-4 weeks, which will be determined and discussed with you when placing your custom order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.
International Shipping (if applicable): 7–21 business days after processing, depending on location.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occasionally impact delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customs and Duties (for International Orders)

For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at jess.silverlining@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after this window cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at jess.silverlining@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, replace your item.
